Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

During peak periods, promotional events or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. LillyRose Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at lillyrosebeauty@outlook.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

While we take great care in packaging your order, LillyRose Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, weather events, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at lillyrosebeauty@outlook.com and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
